As an essential service, 13cabs was on the road throughout the pandemic. But, just as demand was at its height, the combination of Covid career changes and closed borders meant the pipeline of new drivers dried up. Interestingly, in solving that short term problem for 13cabs, we hit on a long term recruiting approach that showed how driving for Australia’s biggest taxi company could work for people of any age and from all walks of life.
